Returns & Exchanges

We will exchange due to manufacturers' defect only.

The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase in its original packaging and condition (unused and unsoiled).

We will require the original tax invoice as proof of purchase from www.doggyfriend.com.

We encourage you to help us check for defects before accepting our delivery.

We follow the guidelines stipulated by the Consumers Association of Singapore. Should you have a change of mind after accepting our delivery, we seek your understanding that we are not obligated to do an exchange under Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003.

    Question: How do I send money to you via PayPal?

     If you have a PayPal account:

     

      Here's How:
    1. Log in to your PayPal account.
    2. Click the Send Money tab.
    3. Fill out the form.
    4. Click Continue.
    5. Review the details of the payment, including the payment method. To change any information, click the appropriate Change link. Note: If you edit your payment details, the payment method will return to the default method of payment.
    6. Click Send Money to send the payment.



    If you do not yet have a PayPal account:

     

      Here's How:
    1. Visit https://www.paypal.com.
    2. Click the Send Money tab.
    3. In the Send Money box:
      • Fill in the recipient's email address isabelle@doggyfriend.com or phone number +65 98228451.
      • Fill in your email address.
      • Fill in the amount in Singapore Dollars.
      • Select the appropriate payment type.
      • Click the Send Money button.



    To complete your payment, you must create a PayPal account:

      Here's How:
    1. Enter your first and last name.
    2. Select your credit card type.
    3. Enter your credit card number, the expiration date, and your card security code.
    4. Enter your address, city, state, and ZIP code.
    5. Enter your telephone number and your email address.
    6. Enter and confirm your PayPal password.
    7. Enter the code shown in the box.
    8. Click the User Agreement and Privacy Policy links.
    9. Click the Agree & Continue button.
    10. Review your payment details.
      • To change any information, click the appropriate Change link.
      • To cancel the payment, click Cancel.
    11. Click the Send Money button.



    We receive an email notification for the payment. This email contains a link. After clicking the link, we can log in to our PayPal account to receive the payment.

How are the payment modes like?
Answer: Besides "PayPal" and "internet/ATM bank transfer" , you can also opt for "Cash on delivery" or "Cash cheque".

How long does it take for my order to get to me?
Answer: We envisage to process your order within 12 hours and deliver within the same day (if possible) or next 2 working days (subject to stock availability). We will try to adhere to your preferred delivery time. As an additional service to our valued customers, our delivery staff will call you personally 15-20 mins before we arrive at your place. So that you can get on with your daily chores and not worry about missing the door bell.

What if the product that I'm interested in is "Out-of-Stock" ?
Answer: In such an event, we will contact you to advise on the waiting time for the item (s) that you need. If it is urgent, we offer our expertise on recommending the next best alternative product without obligations. Rest assured, you are important to us.

Do you have any delivery charges for your delivery services?
Answer:
If you placed an order from outside of Singapore (Overseas Order)
- min. $100 purchase + $3 handling fee

Central Business District with CBD ERP Gantry
- min. $60 purchase + $3 ERP Gantry

Within any parts of Singapore
- min. $60 purchase

For orders that do not meet the minimum required purchase, there will be a delivery charge of $10.00. Due to our hectic schedules, we are unable to do meet-ups at MRT stations and self-collection.

Is there GST charges on top of your discounted prices?
Answer: Don't worry. We absorb GST. Therefore, we don't markup our prices for GST. What you see is what you get!

Shipping Information

We accept orders from overseas and we can send via courier to you.
Please place your order to us via our shopping cart to get the AMOUNT PAYABLE.
We will give you the weight of the items that you have selected.
With this, you may refer to this link- SIngapore Post Postage Rates

Select your preferred delivery services
i.e. Speedpost Worldwide Courier - Saver Box (10kg) etc.
Based on the service selected, add the POSTAGE to the AMOUNT PAYABLE.

Lastly, you can pay us the total bill (i.e. AMOUNT PAYABLE + POSTAGE) via PayPal
