Your pet's name will be engraved on the front of the tag - replacing the word "SUPERSTAR". |

Pettie, Standard & Grande
Pettie: Suitable for Small Breeds
Standard: Suitable for Small Breeds / Medium Breeds
Grande: Suitable for Large Breed
Pls indicate the below details in the Special Remarks column at the Check-out page.
1. Pets Name:
(Will be engraved on the front of the tag - replacing the word "SUPERSTAR")
2. Owner's Name:
(Will be engraved on the reveres of the tag)
3. Owner's Contact no:
(Will be engraved on the reverse of the tag, below the Owner's Name.)
4. Pls choose Size:
Pettie / Standard / Grande
5. Pls indicate the correct mailing details for the tag(s) to be mailed to you.
If you have gotten a few tags, kindly indicate the tag's design / colour before the engraving details.
Tag(s) will be mailed to the mailing address given in 5 - 7 working days.
Do ensure the details provided for the tag(s) are correct before sending in the order.
