Just pick a design, colour, & size available & have it specially laser engraved with your pet's name, your name, & your contact no.
Your pet's name will be engraved on the front of the tag - replacing the word "Stockin". |

1. Pets Name:
(Will be engraved on the front of the tag - replacing the word "STOCKIN".)
2. Owner's Name:
(Will be engraved on the reveres of the tag)
3. Owner's Contact no:
(Will be engraved on the reverse of the tag, below the Owner's Name.)
4. Pls indicate the correct mailing details for the tag(s) to be mailed to you.
If you have gotten a few tags, kindly indicate the tag's design / colour before the engraving details.
Tag(s) will be mailed to the mailing address given in 5 - 7 working days.
Do ensure the details provided for the tag(s) are correct before sending in the order.
