Oxbow’s Natural Science Vitamin C is more stable than other alternatives that require the addition to water.

When added to water, approximately only 20% of the Vitamin C source still remain after a period of 8 hours, thus losing its potency. Guinea pigs may then refuse or reduce water consumption due to the Vitamin C’s taste, which may lead to other health problems.
